- Built on the former site of the Hodges Building and the Whitney Office Building which housed the Garrick Theatre.
- Once threatened with demolition, the building was saved by a renovation project.
- Situated at the head of Capitol Park.
- In the mid-1990's the owner did not pay the electricity bill resulting in power being cut off. The tenants tried to raise money to pay the bill, but were unsuccessful and moved out.
