• This building has the highest roof in the CBD above sea level.
• A two level penthouse will be added to roof in 2005.
• The Centre's plaza contains the International Wall of Friendship, a collection of plaques donated by ethnic groups throughout the country which offer peace and goodwill to Tasmania.
• In 2005, it was planned to erect a 2 level penthouse on the roof of this building, but as a result of the strengthening Hobart office market, the original plans have been modified and now the building will receive an extra two floors of office accommodation.
• The addition of the two extra floors of office space is expected to cost $6.5 million.
• The addition of two extra levels of office space increased the floor count to 16.
