- This western end of this site was formerly occupied by the Hecht's Department Store Addition . The original department store to the north has since been redeveloped and expanded as Terrell Place.
- The AARP Building is essentially twin buildings enclosing an interior courtyard off of E Street NW. The two sections of the building are connected at the 4th, 9th, and 10th floors.
