Facts
- Originally built with a white limestone facade and called First City Centre. In 1994 the building was refaced with blue marble and granite, and the plaza received new landscaping.
- Floorplates for this building range in size from 10,100 square feet to 35,300 square feet.
- The first 14 floors of the building are set back 57 feet from Congress Avenue. At the time many opposed taller buildings along Congress Avenue for fears of losing views of the State Capitol.
