- This building is to be constructed on the site currently occupied by 1815 North Fort Myer Drive.
- Originally proposed at 414 feet, it would have become the tallest building in the Washington, DC area.
- An agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration reduced the tower to 370 feet in late 2007. Rosslyn is very close to flight paths for planes approaching and leaving nearby Washington Reagan National Airport.
