This building replaced the Cafritz Building.
The 10th, 11th, and 12th floors are stepped back from the main facade.
The highest structural point is a prominent lighted campanile on the east end of the building.
The engineers were recognized with a 2004 Craftsmanship Award from the Washington Building Congress.
