Deka Immobilien Investment is a member of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (Savings Bank Finance Group). Since its foundation on November 29th 1966, it has been representing the property expertise for investment funds of the DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale.

With 259 properties in Germany and abroad, and total assets of approx. 14,4 billion Euro, Deka Immobilien Investment is the market leader among the German open-ended property funds.

Deka Immobilien Investment currently manages eight open-ended property funds: 2 public investment funds (Deka-ImmobilienFonds, Deka-ImmobilienEuropa) for an unlimited number of investors, and 6 special property funds.
