About Herzeliya
the seer of the Jewish State of Israel, is a mostly residential city located north of Tel Aviv and is one of Israel's wealthiest cities due to its high income per capita in the western part of the city. This new Jewish town was established in 1924, and a decade later it had already become the 8th largest Jewish town in Mandatoric Israel. The town has gradually grown and its City status was granted in 1960. Nowadays, it's considered one of the Sharon region largest cities. Lying on the soft shores of the mediterranean sea, the city features high class hotels and leisure facilities, a small artificial island with a 760-vessel marina and other attractions. The growth of the new Business Quarter, significant for its high-tech and business importance, is one of the city's largest hopes towards the city's bright future. Metro Cities
