About
Modi'in

Situated midway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, Modi'in is the youngest planned city in Israel. In 2003 it was unified with Macabbim-Reut villages.
It is situated in the Judean area affiliated with the famous Macabbians.
It was designed mainly as a residential sattelite city and so has seen steady growth in recent years mainly due to affordable prices of new residential property. The city is expected to reach its full planned size of 100,000 in the next decades.
