Highest building in the Balearic Islands.
A weather measurement station and a mobile phone antenna are installed on the mechanical penthouse.
Building has two lifts: one for the even floors and one for the odd floors.
The structure was built with money from the old Ministery of Housing which disappeared in the late '70s.
The ground floor is occupied by shops. The other floors are for residential use only. Each floor has four apartments.
