The tower design incorporates a structural twist reminiscent of a Wankel rotary engine.
The project features two-car and three-car garages.
The very high-end showcase project will offer suites expected to sell for more than $1,000 a square foot.
Called 1K Tower before construction began until the building was named The Erickson, after the architect.
The construction phase lasted from autumn 2006 until spring 2008.
