Facts
The South Korean Air Force has cleared this project by deciding not to enforce the current height limit (410 m) of Seoul.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was established between the Korea Foreign Company Association (FORCA) & Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) last December, enabling further development of the plan.
If completed before Burj Dubai, the International Business Center will be the world's tallest building.
