The core and core interior of the tower is being built first. Then around the concrete core, the rest of the building will be constructed.

When completed it will be the tallest building in Barakaldo, surpassing San Vizenteko Dorreak, and the tallest office building in the Basque Country surpassing BBVAren Dorrea.

The highest crane ever used in the Basque Country at 135 meters tall and transporting a weight of 650 tons.

The main entrance to the Bilbao Exhibition Centre will be at the base of the tower.

The office tower itself only represents the last nine floors of the building.

This will be the first office building built in the city of Barakaldo.

The construction crane was removed from the 4th to the 9th of December.

Building has a similar design to Consorci de la Zona Franca. In both buildings the top floors hang from a structure on the top of a central concrete core.
