The Springfield Municipal Group is an impressive civic monument consisting of the Administration Building (City Hall), the Auditorium Building (Symphony Hall), and the campanile with an illuminated clock and a chime of twelve bells.
Ex-President William H. Taft was the main speaker at dedication ceremonies on December 8 and 9, 1913.
