Facts
Originally conceived as a two tower project, only the east tower was built. The site for Lincoln Center II is now a small landscaped plaza fronting 3rd Avenue South.
Together, the two towers would have had a bow-tie shaped footprint, sharing a common lobby at the center of the site. This lobby was built and now forms the entrance to Accenture Tower.
The building is connected to the 701 Building by a skyway bridging South 4th Avenue.
The Senator Hotel formerly occupied this site.
