Original tower designed by Lewis P. Hobart.
The original tower was 138 feet high and was rectangular.
The original tower was demolished in 1954 to make way for a replacement.
The Clock Tower's signage was UNION 76 from 1940-1993 and was replaced with the Bank of America logo, the owners of the tower, in 1996.
The grand re-opening celebration took place on July 18, 1996.
The triangular tower's digital clock had 534 light bulbs, 178 per side.
1,520 white panels made up the tower's exterior.
It occupied a 0.87 acre site.
It was demolished in late 2005 to make way for the two towers of One Rincon Hill.
