Facts
The main plaza to the north features a red steel sculpture by Alexander Calder, named "Flamingo".
Named after U.S. Congressman John C. Kluczynski, who represented Illinois from the Fifth Congressional District from 1951 to 1975.
Built on the site of the old Chicago Federal Building, a landmark structure with a high dome in the center of the block.
In May 2006 a construction worker repairing this building's facade found a raccoon climbing the scaffolds at the 36th floor.
