Facts
The lobby was renovated in the 1990s by architect Lucien Lagrange, with colorful stonework in the walls and floor.
Tallest marble-clad office building in the world at the time of completion.
The top floor is used for mechanical equipment, and features decorative stainless steel air-intake louvers on all four sides.
The building is designed in the form of a column, with white marble siding, narrow window bays, and a projecting cornice. The individual piers taper inward at ground level.
