Facts
This development site and the neighboring East Bank Club were part of a far larger planned development proposed by McHugh Levin and Associates in 1973. It called for a maximum of 1,749 dwelling units and 800 off-street parking spaces on 5.86 acres along Kingsbury Street.
A landscaped public riverwalk runs along the North Branch of the Chicago River from the tower's plaza at Grand Avenue south to Kinzie Street.
