In the base of the building is a 7-story parking garage serviced by a valet service using freight elevators.
This luxury condominium high-rise will include boat slips for direct river access from the building.
Located at a prominent site at the west end of the Chicago River's main branch. The north and south branches join the river to the right and left of the building.
The building's façade bends slightly to follow the course of the river.
On every floor the common hallway follows a panoramic glass wall on the western edge of the building. All units are arranged along the east side, with loft-type walls allowing sunlight to penetrate from the corridor.
A public riverwalk runs along the east side of the property, intended to connect eventually with other such walkways on the riverbank.
