Facts
Located on the half-block directly between Chicago's Roman Catholic and Episcopal cathedrals. The building's color matches the limestone used in both churches.
On top of the garage there is a private courtyard ringed by a set of townhomes, with the tower enclosing the north side.
The top of the building recalls the chateauesque skyscrapers and homes of the early 20th Century, with intersecting hipped roofs, dormer windows, setbacks, and iron finials.
Each of the townhomes around the courtyard has its own elevator.
